Ordination Certificates

i) Sub-diaconate
The principal shall issue an Eligibility Certificate to the candidate (addressed to the Diocesan/sponsoring bishop of the candidate) for ordination as sub-deacon, normally at the end of the third year of studies provided the candidate has proved himself worthy in every aspect of life in the Seminary and has successfully completed all the required courses of study for the first three years.

ii) Priesthood
On successful completion of the student's course of study in the Seminary including the field work, the Principal shall issue a certificate, addressed to the Diocesan/sponsoring Bishop of the candidate, to the effect that the candidate has successfully completed the Seminary course and is eligible for G.S.T diploma.

 

Transcripts and Other Certificates

 
Any graduate of the Seminary who is in need of transcripts and other certificates from the Principal for the purpose of advanced studies should apply to the Principal in writing. The application should be endorsed by the diocesan/sponsoring bishop of the candidate.

Those who plan studies abroad should submit, in addition to the above, a letter of clearance from the Secretary of the Inter Church Relations Committee.
